Silk
Everyone knows that silk is the softest, most comfortable fabric you can get. Pros are that it is extremely comfortable, but the con is of course that it’s the most expensive! If you are in the market for designer label hot lingerie then it’s likely to be silk, but be warned, you need to get it specially cleaned as it can be delicate to wash yourself! As a natural fabric it’s totally breathable and will never chafe you.

Satin
Satin is quite similar to silk as it feels quite similar, but is much cheaper and synthetic instead of natural. Due to this it is probably the most common material that you’ll find out there. It’s also good for your skin like silk, because it won’t chafe of irritate your skin and actually wicks away any moisture or sweat.

These are a blend of man-made fabrics like rayon, and natural fabrics like cotton for instance. Blends are almost the same as satin and silk in terms of their attributes.
